Ida Gray Nelson Rollins made history as the first African-American woman dentist in the United States!

She graduated from the University of Michigan College of Dentistry at a time when there were only TWO other women in her entire graduating class talk about courage and determination! 💪🏽✨

Born in Tennessee in 1867, Dr. Rollins paved the way for future generations in dentistry and beyond. Her legacy reminds us that representation matters and that big dreams can change history.
