For what it's worth I have the following program going at home to help protect the family. It's based upon things I've known & a recent conversation with my chiro/ nutritionist friend Dr. Richard.
Anti-Inflammatory tea (1/2 gal batch):
5 bags of herbal tea
3tbsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4c raw honey
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar (Braggs)

Drink 4-6oz/day
I also have NAC (N-Acetylcysteine) & potassium citrate. Both of these can help with improving your body's ability to deal with respiratory infections. NAC is a mucolytic agent and was an ingredient of the original cough medicines way back. It is still an active ingredient in most OTC formulas. As for the potassium it gets depleted quickly as your body fights viral respiratory infections. Supplementing may help your body rise to the challenge should you become infected. I will get his recommended dosing and amend this post ASAP.

OC just shut us down. Until further notice I am ordered to suspend services or travel inside orange county on non-essential activities like medical emergencies, groceries etc..I fully expect the whole state if not the nation to be under these new orders.

I will be posting more in the coming days as to my other online services that will provide much needed help for all of us. I will pray for all of you and your families in the time if crisis.

If you're thinking of signing up for the one on one Zoom training you should act soon as I only have limited times available and would require 3x/wk for 12 weeks commitment.
