✨BALANCE REMINDER✨
For a while I felt like balance was “everything in moderation” and while this is still a good philosophy and can hold to be true, life is a bit more complicated and challenging than that. Moderation, in many cases, can be a healthy goal. However, I does not account for the REALITY that is life… especially when everything is chaos and balance seems so unattainable. 🤪
But what if I told you that BALANCE is more about FEELING AND ACTING no matter how aligned or chaotic you feel. To get to those highest happiest of feelings, we first must truly feel the s**tty and uncomfortable ones so that we can then TAKE ACTION to heighten our energy and our mental/spiritual/physical state.
Learning Balance is not about staying in a tiny window of moderation but LEARNING about how to navigate the highs and lows so that when they occur… because they will… we won’t stay in the lows so long and can feel what is needed to GROW! Because in a life of pure happiness there is no desire for growth. And let’s be real the goal of pure happiness is just a joke 😜.
The ebbs and flows can occur moment to moment, day to day, month to month or even year to year. SIT WITH YOUR DISCOMFORT and truly feel what YOU NEED to create the vibration you seek! Pizza? Go for it! A walk? DO IT! Friends? Give them a call! A bubble bath? Fill it up!
