One of my favorite studio mottos has always been “saving each other on a daily basis.” This statement comes from the early days of the pandemic, but here we are, again. Heather and several students have been furloughed for a month. Others might start furloughing next week. So…if you need food, take food. If you have food, leave food. Together, we will get through this moment.

Thanks to the help of Santiago, I finally passed my certification test out for Block Therapy this week! The class descriptions have been updated from Myofascial Release to Block Therapy to reflect the name being no longer embargoed. This class is now officially on the schedule and are no longer student teaching classes. As a reminder, we have two different types of classpacks: one for all classes, and one for our $10 classes (Stretching, Block Therapy, and Pilates).

Is this the end of our feather flag? Possibly. The county code does not permit feather flags, but at the same time we are not on the street to be seen. Our feather flag is our best option. Right now, we can put up each day and take it down each night. Please, reach out to county council.
