Learn the Fundamental MSK Specialists Headache Treatment Process at Home

Five years ago, we built a step-by-step headache treatment for our practitioners that resolves about 80% of the headaches we treat. It’s simple, safe, and practical.

We get calls all the time from people asking where they can find headache care like this in their state. So we turned this process into a follow-along video for people outside our area.

This is designed for one person to treat another, just like in the clinic. It is not for self-treatment.

You can use this to help a friend, spouse, or family member at home right away by simply following along.

This is also what we use for minor head bumps, like when a child falls and hits their head. These are not emergencies, but they can still cause pain that lingers for weeks or months due to residual tension around the skull.

Dr Adam Broder continues his studies in herbal medicine with the esteemed Sharon Weizenbaum who has been practicing for 40 years with a focus on women’s health and classical formulas. Having completed a two-year mentorship on general diagnosis and prescribing, he is now currently taking part in a 14-month mentorship on women’s health. The topics include menstrual illnesses (amenorrhea, dysmenorrhea, irregular cycles, PMS), infertility, pregnancy and postpartum disorders, perimenopause and menopausal syndromes, and miscellaneous disorders in GYN (pelvic disorders, masses and cancer care). Practitioner Spotlight: Dr. Adam Broder, DOM

Adam graduated from Southwest Acupuncture College and has been a licensed DOM in New Mexico for over 7 years. He has done extensive post-graduate study in areas such as Chinese herbal medicine, women’s health, sports medicine acupuncture and Korean four needle technique. Adam sees Chinese medicine as an effective way to heal symptoms by using the energy of nature to bring balance to his patients. He is originally from Chicago and was drawn to New Mexico for its stunning scenery and access to outdoor activities such as hiking, camping and skiing. When not enjoying the outdoors Adam likes to cook and spend time with his girlfriend and puppy.
