Everything you need: it begins here, with conscious connection to your body; to your whole Self.
Let your breath guide you with this practice. As you do, start simple. From there, we can dive into all those fancy techniques (if they serve). However, for now, start simple. Let one single grounding breath be the thing that sets you on your embodied path forward.
