When life feels overwhelming, start where you have the most control. đŞ
We can't always change our work stress or family dynamics overnightâand that's okay.
But here's what I've learned in nearly 20 years of practice: when we support our physical foundation first, we create more bandwidth to handle everything else.
Think of it like this: if your nervous system is already maxed out from poor posture, dehydration, or inflammatory foods, there's no reserve left for the bigger stressors.
But when we address what we can controlâhow we move, what we eat, how we care for our bodiesâsuddenly we have more capacity for what we can't.
It's not about perfection. It's about giving your body the structural and functional support it needs so you can show up fully for your family, your work, and yourself.
