Soreness isn't a badge of honor—it's just your body adapting to new stimulus. What actually drives progress? Consistent training, progressive overload, proper recovery, and smart programming.

You can build incredible strength without destroying yourself every session. In fact, sustainable progress often comes from training you can recover from and repeat week after week.

That's the difference between intensity and intelligence.

That one-hour shift can disrupt your sleep, energy, and training routine. Here's how to adjust smoothly:

✅ Gradually shift your bedtime by 15 minutes over a few days
✅ Get morning sunlight to reset your circadian rhythm
✅ Keep your training schedule consistent—it helps anchor your routine
✅ Avoid caffeine in the afternoon to support better sleep
✅ Be patient with yourself during the adjustment period
