A little late but had to shout out to these two rising instructors who I taught with a few weeks ago! They dropped some knowledge 💣’s and kept the residents engaged the whole time. They showed perfectly that even after fellowship is over, the learning will always continue!

Wrapped up another packed residency weekend course with a team of amazing instructors! It’s a delight to have such a dynamic group of faculty to work with. The residents were super engaged the whole time!

Well that was an experience. Nothing quite as intimidating as having the wave of 16-39 yo’s start 4 minutes after you and pass you on single track, then the race leaders come at you from the turn around at max speed. Downhill. On single track. It was still a blast. 4000’ feet of elevation and hundreds and hundreds of stairs. Let’s do it again next year 🦶🤦‍♂️💯

Love taking (and re-taking) online courses from on all things running science related. If you are a clinician treating running athletes, you absolutely need to take some of his courses on MedBridge Education. This course went through debunking the industry claims with solid clinical science while also discussing the basic footwear principles that we should be aware of. I’ve got plenty of research material to look up now. 😆🦶👟🤓

Wow - First time running up Rhus Ridge since my 40k. Sure feels easier to do this at the beginning of the run vs at mile 18!!😆😆.
