✨️✨️Slow down momma!✨️✨️

Colonization works by forcing people to disconnect from their culture and identity.

Being proud of our Indigenous roots is an act of resistance.

Continue to dance, keep singing our songs, keep your hair long & practicing our traditions. Stand tall and proud of the resilient lineage you come from, today & everyday! 🌿🔥

✨ Womb Plática Recap ✨

Our October Plática was a full and beautiful circle 🩶
Each month, I keep these gatherings small and intimate so we can slow down, share openly, and truly be in community with one another.

Together, we explored the importance of womb care through the wisdom of Mexican Traditional Medicine — remembering that tending to our wombs is an act of remembrance, healing, and love. 🌿

If you couldn’t join this month, I hope you’ll come to the next one in November.

These pláticas are free, gentle reminders that our bodies hold ancestral knowledge waiting to be listened to. 🕯️

Stay tuned for details and come sit in circle with us — our abuelas’ teachings are alive in every story we share. (PSST you can also sign up for our newsletter to RSVP as soon as the date comes out!!)

✨️My little Mexican heart is so happy! ✨️

I had the absolute honor of being interviewed by the *Los Altos Town Crier* and having my story and work at Oxomohco Birth & Body Work featured in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. 🧡

I’m deeply grateful to have met these amazing humans, Christina and Danielle, who helped share this story and made this connection possible.

Thank you for helping me uplift our cultural traditions and the importance of honoring postpartum care and birth work in the community.
