🍌 Bananas aren’t the potassium king and 🍊oranges aren’t the vitamin C queen (they have different kingdoms to rule 😉)

Here’s the truth:

🥔 Potatoes have MORE potassium than bananas (another reason to eat them 😉)
🌶️ Red bell peppers have nearly 3x the vitamin C of oranges

Nutrition is it about variety. No one food makes you healthy and no one food ruins your health.

Eat more foods, not fewer. 🌈

“Healthy eating” shouldn’t cost you your health.

Orthorexia is when the pursuit of eating “perfectly” becomes an obsession. It can look like constantly reading labels, cutting out more and more foods, feeling overly anxious about ingredients, or believing your worth is tied to how “clean” you eat. 🍽️

And ironically, chasing perfect health through food can lead to the opposite:
malnourishment, hormone disruption, loss of periods, social isolation, and serious mental health struggles.

Food holds no morality, it’s nourishment, culture, enjoyment, connection, and flexibility. ☀️

Are we for real?

True nutrition for the average person is NOT complicated, but diet culture and corporations make it so.

They prey on your insecurities and want you to BUY their products. Food trends come and go or change shape.

This can unfortunately fuel eating disorders and disordered eating and make you feel like you need to do what you see influencers doing.

This is your reminder to eat for your body, trust yourself, and not feel pressured into a trend that doesn’t feel right to you. 🫶🏻

I use Naked Whey ISO when life is busy, not to replace meals or control hunger.
