Are we for real?
True nutrition for the average person is NOT complicated, but diet culture and corporations make it so.
They prey on your insecurities and want you to BUY their products. Food trends come and go or change shape.
This can unfortunately fuel eating disorders and disordered eating and make you feel like you need to do what you see influencers doing.
This is your reminder to eat for your body, trust yourself, and not feel pressured into a trend that doesn’t feel right to you. 🫶🏻
