You can still use your benefits, attend appointments, and get the support you need.

Many military families qualify for WIC, even with active duty pay or housing allowances. WIC helps parents and guardians choose healthy foods, plan meals and support children’s growth.

WIC offers military families:

• Healthy foods like fruits and vegetables, dairy and whole grains
• Recipes using WIC approved foods for meals and snacks
• Budget friendly meal planning tips
• Guidance on feeding young children and how to handle changing routines
