Slow, intentional movement is how we teach the body it’s safe again.

When we move with presence, the nervous system softens, the breath deepens, and the body finally feels like it can exhale.

And in that softening… something shifts.

It’s in these quiet, intentional moments that new beliefs begin to land in the body, not just as thoughts, but as lived experiences.

This is where your ‘I am’ statements stop feeling like affirmations and start becoming truth.

I’ve been there too. Exhausted. Disconnected. Reaching for whatever could help me just get through the day.

But what your body is really craving isn’t more pushing… it’s permission to slow down.

This breathwork experience is designed to gently take you out of your busy, overthinking mind and into the deeper wisdom of your body.

Through guided breath, you’ll soften the tension you’ve been carrying, release what’s been stored, and create space for clarity, calm, and emotional ease.

In this session, your body has room to process.
Your nervous system has room to unwind.
You have room to return to yourself.

Walk away feeling lighter, grounded, centered — like you finally exhaled for the first time in a long time.

Breath

If you’ve been feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from your body, this practice is for you.

Through a three-part somatic breath, you’ll give your body permission to let go, your mind permission to rest, and your heart permission to feel again.

The breath moves what words can’t.
and on the other side of that release is calm, clarity, and connection.



You don’t have to carry it all in your body.
the breath knows how to release what the mind can’t.
come exhale, release, and return home to yourself. 🌬️

Do you know why I kept returning to class?

I was allowed and given space to show up just as I was.

There was no expectations, no judgment, no attachment , I showed up just as I was and some days that look like crying in savasana..

Yoga is more than movement.

It’s a language the body speaks when words can’t.

Each breath, each pose is a chance to release what’s been stored, to make space for what’s ready to flow.
