We are super-excited that Rene Collins of will be leading a 30 minute demonstration. Qi Gong is a system of body-posture, movement, breathing, and meditation used for facilitating good health, spirituality, and physical training. Medical studies have shown that Qi Gong can lower blood glucose levels, improve insulin resistance, reduce stress, lower cholesterol, promote weight loss.

The QiGong session is included with your ticket and starts at 2 PM.

Rene Collins is a multi talented performing artist, healer and teacher who is committed to expressing deep spiritual knowledge through performing arts and teaching. His spiritual education includes Kabbalah, Taoism, Kemetic spirituality, Zen, Qi Gong and meditation. Rene currently teaches Qi Gong and meditation at Breathe Life Rehab Center in Los Angeles. He is also teaching Qi Gong series at the legendary Green Man Store in North Hollywood starting in September. He is an expert when it comes to helping someone activate their Qi (Life Force energy) and access their own role in their healing process! Rene resides in Culver City California with his wife Havalah and 2 kids,dog, and cat.

THE SANCTUARY presents The SELF-CARE AND WELLNESS MARKETPLACE
The objective of this event is to create a sacred space for community and likeminded people to come, learn and share, self-care techniques for self-love and self-healing in an effort to help balance mind, body and spirit.
Our high vibe, high frequency event will be held at the beautiful Afro City in The Baldwin Hills-Crenshaw Mall. Talented readers (such as Tarot readers, diviners, and psychics) and healing practitioners (e.g. massage therapists, reiki practitioners) will be offering their services. Also, a variety of metaphysical products, including crystals, jewelry, clothing, candles, teas, soaps, and much, much more will be available to purchase. To top it off the music is going to be on point. It's going to be a party y'all.
