You are invited to join Jeanne this Sunday (2/15) for an experiential evening exploring the Maha Mrityunjaya
Mantra, one of the most revered mantras from the ancient Vedas.

Known for its profound healing qualities, this mantra supports physical, mental, and emotional well-being. It can also be offered on behalf of others, extending healing and compassion outward.

Together, we will learn the mantra through call-and-response, then chant it 108 times, a sacred number in yogic tradition.
After chanting, we’ll rest in meditation, allowing the resonance of the mantra to settle deeply within.
This is a powerful moment when the inner chemistry rebalances, opening a natural pathway into stillness and insight.

We are not teaching poses—we are teaching people.
Yoga is a practice of relationship.

This 3-day training led my focuses on developing skillful, ethical, and compassionate communication in yoga teaching.

Beginning with our own practice, we learn to teach with clarity and kindness, precision without ego, and presence over performance.

Through asana, lecture, labs, and practice teaching, you’ll explore:
• Clear and effective cueing
• Moving organically from general to highly specific
• Teaching effort without over-striving
• Present-moment vs. goal-oriented teaching
• Empowering use of inquiry
• Seeing bodies with sensitivity and care
• Hands-on and verbal adjustments

Each day centers on a specific body area and movement principle, balancing flexibility with stability and safety.

Daily Asana, Restoratives, and Pranayama are included. Afternoons focus on communication skills, boundaries, empathy, ethics, and developing the ability to truly see and support our students.

Meet .mbs who is leading a FREE / donation based class this upcoming Saturday (2/7) from 12:30pm - 1:30pm in support of

(founded in 1986 with the mission to advance the human and civil rights of immigrants and refugees - a just and fully inclusive society for those that have historically and especially now faced such incredible hardships.)

In Eduardo’s classes, students can expect to be both challenged and supported as they’re invited to step outside their comfort zones in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
Drawing from years of experience in yoga and fitness, Eduardo thoughtfully weaves strength, mobility, and mindfulness together, encouraging students to not only explore what their bodies can do, but to build a deeper sense of trust within themselves.
His intention is for every student to leave class feeling more at home in their body—grounded, empowered, and confident in their ability to overcome any obstacle.

Eduardo is passionate about holding space where students feel energized, present, and inspired, creating an experience that resonates far beyond the mat and into everyday life.

We invite you to step into Sculpt and Infrared Barre with Eduardo throughout the week and discover just how powerful your body really is ❤️

Your strength is our inspiration; your peace is our collective goal.

To our Black students: You belong here.
