Coming Soon to : Exploring the Rope Wall: A 4-Week Series led by

(January 8th - January 29th)

Each week of this 4-week course we will explore different categories of poses that can be done with the help of the wall ropes.

The rope wall is not only to support us in a pose, but also to deepen our understanding of the asanas and allow us an opportunity to feel ‘weightless’ by defying gravity.

Come and explore all the ways we can open and expand our perception and experience of yogasana with this innovative prop.
