In Sanskrit, the word Ojas is understood as “the life sap” and represents the essence of what we perceive through the five senses, forming the foundation of our immunity and overall health.
The immune system defends us from invaders by removing germs, allergens, and foreign objects. A strong immune system also helps maintain our overall physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
Our yoga practice strengthens the body, cleanses bodily fluids, and eliminates waste, promoting mental and spiritual well-being. Ayurveda enhances our health through lifestyle modifications, dietary adjustments, herbs, and other holistic practices, promoting harmony and well-being.
Join Jeff for this class, where he will share how nature influences our physical and mental well-being, and introduce you to holistic practices that boost your immunity and overall health. We will practice a yoga sequence that helps eliminate toxins and enhance our immunity, strength, and wellness, while also fostering groundedness and stability.
