Latinas in the US particularly in low income homes experience their first period at an earlier age than other race/ethnicity.
No one can prevent young girls from getting their period but what we can do is prepare them.
Period supplies should be free until they are, we have to look into initiatives to help our community.
Thank you for coming together in this small but significant initiative. One drive doesn’t change the world, but consistent small drivers here and there and with your support definitely shifts something and somebody.
More to come on locations where I will position more menstrual kits.

Nadie puede prevenir que las jovenes tengan su periodo pero lo que si podemos hacer es prepararlas.
Los productos menstruales deberían ser gratis y hasta no serlo tenemos que ver por iniciativas para ayudar a nuestra comunidad.
