The pain of a Loss of a love one never ceases to exist u just learn to be a functioning griefer ,if that’s even a word lol navigating life thinking about the “what ifs ? and maybes if they were here ?” and the possibilities ; In which u are not wrong ! Hold fast to memories, share stories that make u cry , share stories that make u laugh , whatever helps u get through this thing we call life . I remember watching a video i believe it was whom said that when we don’t release our loved ones in death they linger around because they don’t want to see us sad I don’t know how true this to be but seeing this picture makes me happy at the thought of them being happy with seeing those we /they once lost … we know grieving isn’t a easy thing but I hope this brings some comfort to those missing someone when u release they are free doesn’t mean u forget just free too 🤍

Hi everybody I Created this page to help me and others navigate through the feelings that come along with grief ; and to understand that it’s ok to be or feel sad but , to not dwell in the sadness allow yourself grace and time to heal all while still being the many other titles you hold .
