Today is Zot Chanukah! The eighth day and the culmination of all the lights of each day. All the gates in the universe are open for us. We can ask for anything, health, sustenance, prosperity in all areas of our lives. Below is my gratitude prayer. Feel free to make it your own as well. Love and Light 🌸✨❤️

The Creator is in all things! These flowers greet me everyday as I make my way to perform spiritual connections. Their beauty and perfection renews my spirit and revitalizes my soul. These flowers awaken such joy within me.

They are so delicate, yet exude such powerful energy, reminding me that there is strength in being vulnerable and giving the universe permission to support and guide me.

As you gaze at them, allow yourself to appreciate the awesomeness of the Lightforce that created them. Take a moment to breathe in this gift of Light and Life they bring to you.

Our Throat and Root Chakras are interrelated. When our foundation (Root Chakra) is secure, we have less need to justify or make excuses for ourselves. We are secure within and don’t need any validation from the outside. We can be real, speak our truth (Throat Chakra) and not worry how or where it will land. And best of all, the colors red (Root Chakra) and blue (Throat Chakra) when combined together make the color purple, the color of the Crown Chakra! A strong foundation plus speaking our truth equals a true connection of our soul to our Source, the Lightforce of God!

JUST BREATHE

As souls enjoying a human experience in this world of action, it’s as important to ground ourselves between points of elevation and transformation. These moments balance and harmonize our frequencies to our new level of enlightenment. Take time to celebrate and appreciate you and the spiritual work you do. Just for a moment breathe, absorb the energy of Mother Earth, allow the Sun to warm you from the inside out. Take it all in, fill yourself up with this Light, and then as you breathe out, rise to embrace your next rung on your ladder of life.

Our inner core is as important as our outer core. We work our outer core through physical exercise, building strong muscles to support and sustain our bodies. But what about our inner core, those spiritual muscles to support and sustain us in our pursuit of spiritual growth and connection? What can we do to exercise these muscles?

Here is a Sacral Chakra Meditation I find helps me work and strengthen these spiritual muscles:

Relax in a comfortable position of your choosing, either in a chair or lying down, where your spine, neck, and head are fully supported and your limbs can relax at your sides. Close your eyes and take ten deep breaths in and out. With each in-breath feel yourself being filled with scintillating pure orange light, from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. With each out-breath release any worries, doubts, physical, mental or spiritual pain.

Once you have done this breath work, direct your mind’s eye to the area just below your navel. See the cord of Light that connects your inner essence to the Source of all things. Watch as the Light within this cord flows to you and from you in a continual eternal cycle. This is our source of endurance and courage; it is always turned on and available anytime we need it. Allow yourself to be bathed, supported and filled with this Light. Feel its powerful energy stabilizing your inner core, bringing you to a sense of wholeness. Give yourself permission to absorb and share this awesome orange glow with every part of your being, down to the microscopic parts of you. And as you do so, feel you inner essence becoming stronger and clearer as a new awakening and awareness resonates through you into your heart and into your mind. Celebrate this gift of endurance and courage you have bestowed upon yourself. And when you are ready, bring the orange glow back to the area below your navel, knowing that you can call upon it at any time to support you in any area of your life, and especially in your spiritual work of elevation and expansion.

Now you can very gently feel yourself returning to your comfortable space. Wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes.
