A CHRISTMAS EXPANSION!

We are excited to announce that we have expanded to include a smaller location in Glenwood Springs, Colorado! Here we will teach our clients how to ski, snowboard and other winter sports while also taking advantage of the lake in the summer to teach water sports!

I’m Damario, aka Dr River. I’m 29 years old and born and raised in Brooklyn New York. I’m a personal trainer, nutritionist and physical therapist. I’ve always been about self discipline and pushing yourself beyond your limits. The gym is where I could do that. I’m excited to be apart of a unit that shares the same passion.

Boston is a family man who was previously working in a local gym and doing some trade work on the side for some extra cash. He has no siblings but a best friend who is like his brother to him and conveniently he was dating his best friends sister as the first time they met they knew there was something between them. Boston lives on his own in an a beautiful house that his parents left for him while they traveled the world.

Boston’s passion for working out makes him a great addition to he PHG family. You will definitely catch him in the gym pushing himself and others to be the best they can be.
