Great reminders for all of us—especially therapists/coaches/healers/lightworkers—but for ALL of us, especially in today’s crazy, chaotic world. 😕🤷🏽‍♀️🌎 Question:

How many of you, when asked, “how are you?” actually say: “I’m NOT okay” / ”I’m NOT doing okay?” [When my clients say it to me, I immediately know to go deeper, to ask more questions, to explore WHAT is not okay with them so perhaps I can gently guide them to some solutions. 💚
