Stop blaming genetics š
One of the biggest lies you can convince yourself of is thinking you have no control of your weightā
I understand and have been there before..stuck in a cycle of trying to break free from years of overindulgence. That s**t gets old.
Is it harder for some people to have the level of awareness to make the certain changes neededā
Sure..but that doesnāt make it impossible to achieve. Start believing in yourself š«µ
If you want to drop the fat, you have to drop the excuses & self victimization as wellšÆ
Be completely honest with how you feel & remove the s**t that created the issue in the first place š
