It’s called Zhan Zhuang or “standing like a tree” 🌳. Steps to get into the proper stance:

1️⃣ Stand with feet shoulder-width apart, evenly grounded.
2️⃣ Soften knees, keep them over your feet.
3️⃣ Tuck your tailbone slightly, relax hips, lengthen spine.
4️⃣ Lift arms to chest height like you’re hugging a big tree.
5️⃣ Keep hands relaxed, fingers gently facing each other. 🌿

Breathe deeper, move smarter, feel lighter. 🌬️

3 infusions that aren’t viral but should be:
1) Goji berries + water
Wash & rinse a few handfuls then fill the jar with hot water & steep for 10 mins. You can use the same goji berries & refill with hot water 6-7 times throughout your day.
2) Red onion + red wine
Recipe requires 2 onions per 1 bottle of wine. Take a shot glass serving in the morning & evening. Lowering your cholesterol naturally can take 3-6 months, so while you’re going through your 1st batch, get that 2nd one prepped!
3) Ginseng root + water
6-7 ginseng roots
Hot water (kettle or stove top)
Rinse roots
Pour hot water over 6-7 roots, let steep for 20 mins ⏰
Small sips throughout the day (after a serving check in with your body to see how you feel, this recipe can produce a lot of energy)
Roots can be used for a few days!
