The wiffle ball is making a comeback! Originally used for a variation of baseball, this perforated plastic wonder is now all the rage thanks to the explosive growth of Pickleball.

The wiffle ball was originally designed for play in confined spaces, featuring holes to allow for a stable flow of air through the lightweight plastic. This allows it to travel through the air in a straight formation without interference from the wind. Resulting in explosive movement and hard hits from the players, while maintaining a smaller court (roughly half the size of a tennis court).

Get ready to see a lot more wiffle balls in your future. Starting Nov. 5, we will see 32 professional pickleball players (16 women and 16 men) competing to become the first Major League Pickleball Champion. We’re excited to watch and see these incredible athletes do what they do best!

This is fine.

No matter if it’s your first time trying to get healthy or your 15th week into marathon training, it’s always an internal conversation you have to have.
