Hi everyone 👋🏾 My name is Sebrena Thurton and I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, proud owner of The Therapeutic Plug. I’m located in Southern California 🌴☀️ and I provide services to adults virtually throughout the state of California.

I assist adults in overcoming anxiety, low self esteem, and relational issues so that they are able to develop a deeper connection to self while also developing self love and compassion. Life is already a challenge. The great thing about therapy is that you don’t have to deal with the challenges alone.
