Keith Dumont is a Licensed Occupational Therapist and Registered Yoga Instructor.

Keith strives to instill and empower his clients with the skills to heal themselves through proper breathing, posture, body mechanics, nutrition, and relaxation. Keith believes pain is avoidable and incorporates yoga therapy into his Occupational Therapy practice. He strives to instill and empower his clients with the skills to heal themselves through proper breathing, posture, body mechanics, nutrition, positive thoughts, and relaxation. Keith has experience treating clients of all ages with various injuries, those recovering from or preparing for surgery, and conditions that include the following: low back pain, knee pain, hip pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, wrist/hand pain, foot/ankle pain, plantar fasciitis, , kyphosis, sciatica, thoracic outlet syndrome, scoliosis, parkinson’s disease, stroke/TIA, balance/unsteady gait, fractures, shoulder impingement, lateral and medial epicondylitis, trigger finger, radiculopathy, migraines, and carpal tunnel syndrome.
