Throughout my 20s, I was a simple meal prep girlie. Yup—I would eat the same meal every day. I prepared easy, to-go meals that aligned with the lifestyle I had at that time. I enjoyed the kitchen, but I didn’t love it. I could say so much more about this topic, but that’s a story for later.
I was burnt out, and my body needed something different. I chose to change my mindset when I started my private practice. I realized I had the key to create the life I yearned for: slow, gentle, and consistent.
Here we are, 5 years later, finding healing in the kitchen and learning to make Risotto on a weekday afternoon. Cooking has been a gateway to my healing, and sharing meals with loved ones has been a fulfilling experience—literally. ❤️🩹
