Crispy Golden Salmon with Fresh Mediterranean Cucumber Tomato Salad

Ingredients :
For the Crispy Salmon:
2 salmon fillets (skin-on)
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp paprika
½ tsp dried oregano
Squeeze of fresh lemon (optional)

🥑 Avocado Tomato Salad 🥗
Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados 🥑 (cubed)
2 tomatoes 🍅 (chopped)
¼ red onion 🧅 (thin sliced)
Fresh parsley or cilantro 🌿 (chopped)
2 tbsp olive oil 🫒
Juice of ½ lemon 🍋
Salt & pepper 🧂
Instructions:
Add avocado, tomatoes, and onion into a bowl.
Sprinkle chopped herbs on top.
Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice.
Season with salt & pepper.
Gently toss and serve fresh.
