Eisner Health is a full-service health center serving families in downtown and South Los Angeles. We provide adult health services, including chronic disease management; women's health services, including well-woman care, comprehensive prenatal care and education, nurse-midwife hospital delivery and waterbirths, and postpartum care. Eisner Health also offers pediatric and adolescent care, including a pediatric asthma clinic; dental and behavioral health services; optometry services and an in-house pharmacy. We will never deny medical services to anyone because of an inability to pay.

Apply by December 31, 2025 to be evaluated for Full-Scope Medi-Cal, which includes:⁠
✔️ Doctor visits⁠
✔️ Prescriptions⁠
✔️ Hospital care⁠
✔️ Preventive care⁠

If you apply on or after January 1, 2026, you will only be evaluated for Restricted-Scope Medi-Cal, which covers:⁠
