Inclusion Matters. On and off the racetrack. 🏁

This weekend, our CEO is at the Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta in Braselton, GA to support Austin Riley and Racing With Autism, a partnership we’re proud to be part of as Jay Nolan Community Services.

We believe inclusion belongs everywhere, including high‑performance spaces like motorsport, where talent, focus, and teamwork are what matter most. Sponsoring Austin is one way we’re amplifying disability inclusion and expanding visibility for neurodiversity in our communities.

March is Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month: a time to celebrate the people, voices, and contributions that make our communities stronger.

At Jay Nolan, our philosophy is simple and unwavering:

✨ All people have Unique capabilities and gifts
✨ All people need a sense of belonging to their family and to their community
✨ All people have the right to be heard and have their ideas acknowledged
✨ All people can live in their own homes with the proper support and assistance
✨ All people have the ability to contribute to their families and to their communities
✨ All people should be treated with dignity and respect, and have their privacy protected
✨ Relationships and trust are equally fundamental for a sense of inclusion to happen
✨ For all persons, self-advocacy and empowerment should be promoted and honored
✨ All people have the right to be free from pain, coercion, and cruelty inflicted by others

This month (and every month), we honor the individuals we support by continuing to build communities where everyone has the opportunity to contribute.

❤️ Thank you for standing with us in advancing acceptance, dignity, and inclusion.
