Small habit. Strong physiology 🧂
Salt your way to health by starting your morning with a small amount of high-quality mineral salt to help replenish electrolytes lost overnight and support hydration.

I use the right kind of salt — rich in trace minerals — helps maintain fluid balance, supports nerve and muscle function, and can improve how efficiently your body absorbs water first thing in the morning. In appropriate amounts, proper electrolyte balance also supports normal heart rhythm and cardiovascular function.

I didn’t conquer the climb — I surrendered the struggle. 🏔️ 🌅 Somewhere between the climb and the sunset, I realized it was never about pushing harder. Most of us don’t struggle because we’re lazy — we struggle because we’ve been repeating the same approach and hoping it finally works.
Real change got quieter for me, meaning, Fewer extremes, more consistency. Less starting over, more understanding what my body was actually asking for.

Funny how progress shows up when the fight stops. If this resonates, you’re probably closer than you think.
