Whew, A ZILLION.

But it’s funny, something happened to me when I became a parent, especially after getting somewhere with my healing.

I cared even less about the opinions of others and behaviors like people pleasing largely became a thing of the past.

And what I’ve realized is, we do not need the new identity of “parent” or anything else in order to have permission to take less s**t and stand in our power.

Know better do better, though, and I encourage you to keep going and keep falling up.
