Peace & Greetings All! Gratefully I awakened. Gratefully I’m enjoying the sounds of the city stirring. Birds singing their songs, cars moving, voices of people in the distance. It’s Feel Good Friday!

How was your week? What good things happened? What are you most looking forward to this weekend?

I was in Target and saw this ad in Target.

So nice to see , their clothing line featured front & center. My mom & I took a walk as we are settling into our new temporary surroundings. I also enjoyed an impromptu meal with complete with a sangria toast from

Peace & Greetings y’all! You already know today is Feel Good Friday! What’s going on with you today?

For a lot of us this week has been a doozy🙃 Due to a mudslide we had to quickly evacuate our home Sunday night. The continued rains caused tremendous damage. I have a whole new appreciation for “each breath I take”. Let’s start there. Life. Thank you🙏🏽

How have you given love to yourself this week? I was hard pressed to find joy. I did my best to maintain my sanity and fell short many times. My daughter came home to help. That brought me joy. The outpouring of concern, support and love our our community helped to keep me positive.

How are you going to give to yourself today? This one is tough as others around me need my support. I feel guilty thinking about what I need to do for myself. Let’s put a pin in this one til next week.

What are you looking forward to for the weekend? I’m looking forward to sunshine and blue skies. I’m looking forward to a hot bath with my bath salts from . I look forward to taking my hair down and lovingly grooming it.

Today is feel good Friday. How are you feeling today? I’m grateful for this new day. Grateful to feel the cold air on my skin and the promise of the warmth of the sun later.

How have you given yourself Love this week? I enjoyed an almost 6 mile walk with a dear friend earlier this week and my thighs are still recuperating, it felt wonderful.

How are you showing up for yourself today? I took my time this morning, washing my face with new Bluebrrry Sea Moss cleansing bar and using a vitamin C infused serum from . I’ll be juicing all day and put on a favorite comfy lavender sweatshirt from .world that always keeps me calm.

What are you looking forward to for the weekend? Can’t wait for my 5:30 AM online “In Class with Carr” on and afterwards participating in a good giveaway at a friend’s church thanks to the 30 boxes of bread donated by our neighbors , then juicing.

How would you give to others today? I will give a heartcentered smile to all those I encounter.

How are you going to give to yourself today? I will myself the loving kindness and patience I give to others.
