Hello Coop Family! We received an update regarding the sentencing for the individual who pled guilty in the death of Cooper. The sentencing, previously set for this Monday, March 30, has now been postponed. The court has informed us that proceedings involving the other five individuals indicted in this case must be completed before sentencing can take place for this individual who will be sentenced for Cooper's death.

This news is deeply disappointing and a difficult setback for our family. However, we recognize that due process is a fundamental right afforded to every citizen—one of the principles that defines our country. Sentencing is expected to be late June but I will post the new date when it is confirmed and that there will be no further delays.

I apologize to all of you who were planning on being in court with us on Monday to support us. While this delay is hard, we remain confident that justice will be served. We will continue to keep you all updated. Thank you Coop Family. Love You More ❤️‍🩹 🙏🏼 🦋
