That is a wrap for Visceral manipulation of the Abdomen ✨ There were about 40 students in this class, a teacher and 3 teacher assistants, we all studied and worked together so after the class I feel more grounded, clear, and calmer 🙏🏻 We’ve reviewed the liver, gallbladder, stomach, duodenum and large intesine, as well as learned how to treat kidneys, spleen, pancreas, parietal peritoneum, greater omentum. This is such a great light touch therapy that has almost no contraindications and is beneficial for all 🙌🏻

My Vipassana was challenging and awesome as always ✨ Some insights, highs, lows, and a change of perspective. The center is a very supportive and nurturing place. Forever grateful to .latkins for introducing it to me.
Of course, had a lot of time to contemplate skincare and finally got used to using oil as a body moisturizer. Wow! The trick is to have it in the shower and apply it to your wet body as soon as you’re done.

When your teacher is one of the best instructors and practitioners 🥰 CranioSacral Therapy is one big love now! I’ve learned many different modalities and to me, CST encompassed many of them and more! It helps support and regulate the nervous system, addresses pains and aches, and what it does to the face is WoW!!! It is a light touch therapy as I listen to your cranial rhythm and take into consideration fascia restrictions your tension releases in the most gentle way! Also, it's a great preventative modality!
