HOLIDAY BENEFIT SALE

Rain and snow are on their way to Los Angeles again, and our homeless population is at risk of freezing.
We decided to hold a benefit sale providing all our friends and students with some beautiful tools for visual meditation. For every 2 items we'll sell through our Etsy store, we will buy and distribute 1 package with four thermal emergency blankets ($23.95) to our local encampments. Good morning! Group class is back and set for Tuesday night at 8.30 pm. Hatha, Kundalini and Flow, stretching and breathing exercises.
