🚩 The Four Horsemen of Relationships 🚩

According to Dr. John Gottman’s research, there are four toxic communication patterns that can predict relationship breakdown if left unchecked:
1️⃣ Criticism – attacking character instead of behavior
2️⃣ Contempt – sarcasm, eye-rolling, superiority
3️⃣ Defensiveness – making excuses, playing the victim
4️⃣ Stonewalling – shutting down or withdrawing

💡 The good news? Each has an antidote. With awareness and practice, you can replace these harmful patterns with healthier ways of connecting.
