I get this question every single day, especially from younger guys.

Here’s the truth:
🧬 Ma********on does NOT lower testosterone.
Your testosterone levels are controlled by the brain–testicle (HPT) axis, not by how often you ma******te.

Some men feel a temporary boost when they stop ma********ng — but long-term, frequency has zero impact on testosterone levels.
