Heya! It’s Juanita, Founder and Creative Director here at Pause Anywhere. I want to thank everyone that has supported this small and mighty mindful biz since it’s inception 2 years ago. As a deeply grounded and spiritual person, I have heard the call to go dark for the rest of the season/year. I have some listening to do and, for me, keeping up with and creating content for social media doesn’t allow for the richness & connection of which I’m seeking. I’m also going to visit family for the holidays for the first time since 2018!! and I am feeling the desire to be present and connected with my babies and extended family. I’m going to prioritize rest and family as well as meditate on what 2023 will look like for the evolution of Pause Anywhere.
