om śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ
“The visual form of the mantra is a yantra. So the yantras and mantras are actually a pair. If you say the mantra long enough, you actually start to see the yantra.” -
This is a visual representation of the frequencies of sound vibration recorded with Sarah repeating “om śāntiḥ śāntiḥ śāntiḥ.” Another layer to the visual aspect of sound. You can see the fundamental note or frequency at the bottom of this image, with the parallel/horizontal layers above it showing the overtones of the voice, with 20 or so overtones easily seen.
These frequencies are between 20Hz-20,000Hz (roughly the audible range that our ears can detect). But I imagine if you were to keep watching these frequency layers continue to go up beyond our range of hearing and into the frequencies that our eyes can start to detect...that’s when we start to see these colors of the yantras appearing.
It’s all a matter of perspective and consciousness. Zoom out, and the unity of all starts to appear. 🙏
