Today, we’re feeling extra thankful for chiropractic care, especially those moments our patients lovingly call the “chiropractic hug.”

There’s something powerful about that thoracic adjustment: arms crossed like a hug, a deep breath out, and suddenly the body releases what it’s been holding onto. It’s a reminder that healing can be simple, gentle, and incredibly effective.

30-Days of Gratitude and we have our dearest Pook (our acupuncturist) sharing some things she's grateful for!

1. Her voice is sooo soothing. If you've gotten acu from her you know her guidance and little hums helps you melt into relaxation.

Why Chiropractic Care Matters for Babies... (Especially the Pelvis)

Birth is beautiful, but it’s also a big physical event for a baby’s body. Even the smoothest delivery can place pressure on a newborn’s spine and pelvis. Gentle pediatric chiropractic adjustments help support proper alignment early on, especially in the pelvis, which plays a huge role in:
