Anti aging skincare in a snack!!! Sardines will take your dull skin and glow you up in no time. Add in fresh carrots and you’ve just upgraded to a full face serum in a bowl. Here’s how you make it, and trust me it’s tasty AF.
New to sardines?? This recipe makes is easy to fall in love. Start by picking a good quality tin::
Drain excess oil and mash sardines in a bowl.
Add in::
2tbs Full fat Greek yogurt
Chopped Red Onion
Chopped fresh dill
Chopped carrots
Pinch of sea salt
Drizzle of EVOO
Squeeze lemon
Spread on a thin Rye Crisp and YUM 😋 sometimes I’ll even do a drop of hot sauce if I’m feeling spicy !!!
