Gynecomastia isn’t just “extra fat.” Most of the time, it’s a mix of fat and glandular tissue— which is why liposuction alone usually isn’t enough to get the best outcome.

This patient’s result shows how combining a gynecomastia excision with liposuction can create a more natural, sculpted-looking chest!

Yes, this is EXACTLY what it’s like when you invite a plastic surgeon to Thanksgiving dinner. Wishing everyone a fun, safe holiday surrounded by loved ones— and plenty of delicious food! 🦃🧡

One question I get all the time about liposuction is, “How much fat can you really take out?” It’s a great question, and the answer isn’t as simple as you might think.

Every body is different, every goal is unique, and above all, safety comes first. If you’re thinking about lipo, send me a DM— I’m happy to talk through what’s realistic for you!

Rhinoplasty isn't a one-size-fits-all procedure. I performed an open rhinoplasty here, which is a technique that gives me the visibility and precision needed to refine the nasal tip and overall structure.

A closed approach can work well for small, subtle changes, but the open technique offers greater control when addressing asymmetry or more complex anatomy.

Curious which option might be right for you? Send me a message— I’m happy to talk you through it!

If you notice a slight decline in your vision after eyelid surgery, don't panic! This is totally normal and is expected within the first couple of weeks after your procedure.

BUT if you experience changes that are abnormal, like persistent vision problems or the inability to close the eyes fully, feel free to give my office a call at (818) 873-2693 to make sure everything is A-okay.

What do you get when you combine a tummy tuck with liposuction?

- Tighter skin
- Repaired muscles
- Refined contours

This combo delivers long-lasting, natural-looking results from every angle. It’s easy to see why it’s one of our most popular procedures!

So, let’s talk about those times when a plastic surgeon says “no”... 👀

It’s not because I don’t want to help— I always do! But not every procedure is meant for every person.

Sometimes your anatomy says otherwise. Sometimes expectations don’t line up. And sometimes, it’s just not the right moment for you, physically or emotionally.

At the end of the day, part of my job is knowing when not to operate. And saying “no” now often means protecting your health, safety, and results down the road.

It's important to remember that not everyone is a candidate for surgery. There's a certain criterion we need to meet to make sure the patient will have a safe and smooth procedure. 👍
