They may ask me to do some crazy things when we're filming content, but I sure do have a lot of fun doing it. 🤣

Transformations like this are why I love what I do!

Here, we combined a tummy tuck with liposuction to tighten the abdominal muscles, remove excess skin, and sculpt the waistline. The result is a smoother, more contoured midsection that looks natural and balanced.

A personalized approach really is key. Every body is different, and the best results come from tailoring the procedure to each patient’s unique goals.

Before-and-after photos can be a helpful starting point when researching a plastic surgeon, BUT photos don’t always tell the whole story.

Every patient’s anatomy, goals, and healing process are different, so results can vary. That’s why the consultation is so important— reviewing outcomes together and discussing what’s realistic for you is the best way to find the right fit. šŸ‘

A common misconception about plastic surgery is that it shouldn’t leave scars. The reality is that anytime the skin is opened, a scar will form.

So, what do we do? We try to make those scars heal as discreetly as possible. That starts with careful surgical technique, precise closure, and proper aftercare!

This is a question I hear more often than you might think— and not just from singers.

For most patients, rhinoplasty does not change the way you sound. While some studies suggest people can become slightly more ā€œhyponasalā€ (meaning a little less nasal in tone), the majority of patients notice no change in their vocal function at all.

In my experience, voice changes after rhinoplasty are extremely rare. In fact, I’ve treated patients who rely on their voices professionally and have never had a complaint about vocal changes afterward! šŸ‘šŸ»

We have a marathoner in the office! šŸ…

Huge congratulations to Leslie for completing the Los Angeles Marathon— 26.2 miles of determination, discipline, and serious grit. That’s no small feat, and we’re all so proud of her.

She helps keep our office running every day… turns out she’s pretty good at running outside the office too! šŸ˜‰

Facial rejuvenation isn’t just about one ā€œfixā€ — it’s often about choosing the right combination to address each patient’s unique needs safely and effectively.

For this patient, we combined a neck lift, lower blepharoplasty, and laser resurfacing to refresh the jawline, smooth the under-eye area, and improve overall skin texture.

Each procedure targets a different area, and together they create a harmonious, youthful, and natural-looking result!

This is one of the most common questions patients ask during a breast augmentation consultation, and honestly, there isn’t a single ā€œbestā€ option. It really depends on your anatomy, your goals, and the look you want.

The two main implant shapes are round and teardrop. Round implants are the most commonly used and come in different projection levels to customize fullness and shape. Teardrop implants are designed to mimic the natural slope of the breast, with more fullness at the bottom.

Round implants are ideal for patients seeking upper breast fullness, while teardrop offer a more natural, anatomically correct shape!

Employee Appreciation Day feels like the perfect excuse to brag about this crew!

Suzy, Danielle, Lauren, and Leslie… thank you for the heart and dedication you bring to this practice every day. Our patients may see me in the operating room, but it’s the four of you who truly keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

They keep me organized, on time (mostly šŸ˜‰), and constantly inspired. More importantly, they create an environment where patients feel safe, heard, and genuinely cared for. Thank you for all you do!

Breast asymmetry is more common than most people realize, and balancing it is one of the most important parts of a natural-looking augmentation.

For this patient, we used 350cc silicone implants on the right and 325cc on the left. Choosing slightly different sizes allows us to correct differences in volume, shape, or chest wall anatomy, creating a more harmonious and proportional result.
