A tummy tuck is often associated with moms, but it’s definitely not just for them!

Anyone who has loose skin, stretched abdominal muscles, or changes that don’t improve with diet and exercise can be a candidate.

That can come from pregnancy, but also from weight loss, aging, or even genetics.

If you’re not sure whether a tummy tuck is right for you, a consultation is the best way to understand your options based on your specific goals. Just send me a DM!

Be honest... did I have you fooled for a second with my at-home surgery kit? 😆

In all seriousness, surgery is not a DIY project. Your safety, your results, and your health depend on proper training, a sterile environment, and years of experience.

If you’re considering a procedure, make sure you’re seeing a board-certified plastic surgeon who is trained to do it safely and thoughtfully.

I’ll stick to the operating room… and you keep the stapler for paperwork. Deal?

Happy National Doctors’ Day, Dr. Sanders! 👨‍⚕️

We’re so grateful for your skill, wisdom, and kindness— but even more for the way you care for every patient and for all of us on the team. You inspire us daily with your dedication, warmth, and the little moments of humor that make even the busiest days brighter.

We're so proud to work alongside you as we change patients' lives every day!

One of my favorite parts of surgery day? The goodie bag. 👜

Yes, you read that right. Every patient goes home with a little tote filled with recovery essentials, because surgery isn’t just what happens in the operating room. It’s the preparation, the aftercare, the follow-up… and making sure you feel supported every step of the way!

One of the most common questions patients ask about breast reduction is how many cup sizes they can go down.

The honest answer is that cup size is hard to predict. Bra sizing isn’t standardized, and your final size depends on your anatomy and what can be done safely.

During your consultation, you can share your ideal goal, and your surgeon will guide you on what’s realistically achievable. A key part of planning is preserving healthy blood supply to the ni**le, which can limit how much tissue is safely removed, especially in larger reductions (around 3+ cup sizes).

The goal is always the same: breasts that feel lighter, more comfortable, and in better proportion with your body. 👍

For this patient, we performed an open rhinoplasty, which allows me to see and refine the nasal structures directly. It’s especially helpful for more complex reshaping, tip work, or asymmetry corrections.

By contrast, a closed rhinoplasty is done through incisions inside the nose. This can be ideal for smaller adjustments, but offers less visibility for intricate changes.

The goal is always the same: a natural, balanced nose that complements the patient’s face.

For a long time, plastic surgery was thought of as something mainly for women— but that’s changed quite a bit!

More men are coming in to talk about procedures that help them look more rested, more defined, or simply more like themselves again. It’s all about refining your features in a way that still feels authentic and masculine. 💪

They may ask me to do some crazy things when we're filming content, but I sure do have a lot of fun doing it. 🤣

Transformations like this are why I love what I do!

Here, we combined a tummy tuck with liposuction to tighten the abdominal muscles, remove excess skin, and sculpt the waistline. The result is a smoother, more contoured midsection that looks natural and balanced.

A personalized approach really is key. Every body is different, and the best results come from tailoring the procedure to each patient’s unique goals.

Before-and-after photos can be a helpful starting point when researching a plastic surgeon, BUT photos don’t always tell the whole story.

Every patient’s anatomy, goals, and healing process are different, so results can vary. That’s why the consultation is so important— reviewing outcomes together and discussing what’s realistic for you is the best way to find the right fit. 👍
