I used to go into Thanksgiving like I was walking into a battlefield.

Telling myself to “be good,” then ending the day feeling stuffed, irritated, and two bites away from regret.

Now?

I eat like a woman who trusts her body.

Protein first, veggies next, whatever else after. And dessert if I want it.
No drama. No guilt. Just… peace.
