Our mission is to foster hopes & dreams by empowering children, youth and families to each their highest potential. Mental Health solutions for LA County

Penny Lane’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinics are a welcome place for all with locations in Lancaster, North Hills and North Hollywood, and Commerce. We provide a variety of mental health services, including individual, group and family therapy, as well as adjunctive services (Therapeutic Behavioral Services, Psychiatric (Medication Management), Psychological Evaluation, Case Management). Treatment services range from preventative care to intensive treatment modalities. We provide services in multiple settings (office, home, school, community) based on what the client and family needs are. Penny Lane Centers has a Sliding Scale Fee discount program, based on family size and income, for those whom are not otherwise eligible for services through an insurance payor. No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay. Inquire with the respective Intake Department contact below to explore options for receiving services.

A few weeks ago, we had the joy of joining our amazing partners at Logix Federal Credit Union for their Toy Story–themed Halloween All Staff Meeting — and the kickoff to their annual Holiday Toy Drive benefiting Penny Lane families!

Our CFRC Regional Director, Christy Anaya, shared powerful stories about the children, youth, and families we serve — and how this Toy Drive will bring comfort, joy, and hope to those facing financial and emotional challenges this holiday season. ❤️

Logix staff showed up in full Halloween spirit with incredible costumes and huge hearts. Their generosity and commitment to community shine brightly, and we’re so grateful for their continued partnership. 🤝💛

Because of Logix and their wonderful team, many Penny Lane kids will experience a brighter holiday season filled with imagination, warmth, and a few special toys to make the season magical. ✨

🎃 A Spooktacular Day at Penny Lane Commerce! 👻

Our Commerce Family Center team really knows how to celebrate community — and Halloween was no exception! 👻 From creative costumes to a frightfully delicious potluck spread, the room was filled with laughter, connection, and plenty of spooky fun.

Last week marked a powerful milestone for our new CFRC (Community & Family Resource Center) at Penny Lane North Hills! In partnership with Your Way Tree Service and with delicious support from Hibachi Valley, we hosted a special staff appreciation lunch—not just to share a meal, but to celebrate the launch of a program that will change lives.

💚 The CFRC is designed to be a safe, welcoming hub where families can access resources, receive support, and connect to community. From parenting classes and wellness workshops to emergency support and empowerment programs—the CFRC is here to uplift those who need it most.

Today’s lunch was about more than great hibachi (though the food was a hit!). It was a moment to come together, honor our hardworking Penny Lane staff, and energize our team around the mission ahead: providing hope, healing, and real solutions to families in our community.

Back in July, our Penny Lane family came together for our annual Back-to-School event, making sure kids start the year prepared and confident!

Yesterday marked the Grand Opening of Purrrlandia Cat Lounge & Cafe in Thousand Oaks—a heart-filled haven where rescue cats, coffee, and community come together in the most paw-sitive way. 🐱☕️

Kat’s journey is nothing short of extraordinary. From a former Penny Lane youth navigating the foster care system, to a fierce advocate, board member, and now the founder and CEO of her very own purpose-driven business—she is the embodiment of transformation, tenacity, and heart. 💜

At Penny Lane Centers, we are so proud to be part of Kat’s story. Watching her open the doors to Purrrlandia is more than a milestone—it’s a full-circle moment that reminds us why we do this work. She built a space where both cats and people can heal, connect, and thrive—and we’ll be cheering her on every step of the way.
