Our mission is to foster hopes & dreams by empowering children, youth and families to each their highest potential. Mental Health solutions for LA County

Penny Lane’s Outpatient Mental Health Clinics are a welcome place for all with locations in Lancaster, North Hills and North Hollywood, and Commerce. We provide a variety of mental health services, including individual, group and family therapy, as well as adjunctive services (Therapeutic Behavioral Services, Psychiatric (Medication Management), Psychological Evaluation, Case Management). Treatment services range from preventative care to intensive treatment modalities. We provide services in multiple settings (office, home, school, community) based on what the client and family needs are. Penny Lane Centers has a Sliding Scale Fee discount program, based on family size and income, for those whom are not otherwise eligible for services through an insurance payor. No one will be denied access to services due to an inability to pay. Inquire with the respective Intake Department contact below to explore options for receiving services.

Two years ago, Rowan walked into Penny Lane’s LGBTQ+ group unsure of what to expect — but hopeful they might find a space where they could truly be themselves.

What they found was exactly that.

“It felt very inviting,” Rowan shared. “I think of how supportive they are and how easy it is to talk to them.”

What started as a group became something more — a support system. A community. A place to grow, connect, and feel understood.

✨GIVING TUESDAY✨

Last year, when Gil lost his 33-year-old son, he found himself at a crossroads in his life.

“I found myself in a financial struggle, trying to work and deal with the situation.” Gil looked for any resources to help navigate him through this new time in his life, and that is when he found Penny Lane.

“It was difficult because I have always been the helper,” Gil shared. But Penny Lane staff like Veronica saw he needed the help and support, and she knew he came to the right place.

“At first, I was a little hesitant to open up. But once I met Veronica, it was amazing.” Gil feels that Penny Lane has transformed his life into a more positive outlook.

✨A NIGHT OF JOY, MUSIC, AND GRATITUDE✨

Rain couldn’t stop the fun at this year’s Starlight of Hope Fundraiser! Despite a bit of rain, the event was nothing short of magical. Guests laughed and celebrated together, making the night truly unforgettable.

The music by Nick Shattuck and friends was phenomenal, setting the perfect backdrop for a night of connection and celebration. Every note seemed to lift everyone’s spirits even higher, creating an atmosphere of pure joy. And the food? Simply exquisite. From the first bite to the last, guests savored a variety of hors d’oeuvre, making it clear that no detail had been overlooked.

A few weeks ago, we had the joy of joining our amazing partners at Logix Federal Credit Union for their Toy Story–themed Halloween All Staff Meeting — and the kickoff to their annual Holiday Toy Drive benefiting Penny Lane families!

Our CFRC Regional Director, Christy Anaya, shared powerful stories about the children, youth, and families we serve — and how this Toy Drive will bring comfort, joy, and hope to those facing financial and emotional challenges this holiday season. ❤️

Logix staff showed up in full Halloween spirit with incredible costumes and huge hearts. Their generosity and commitment to community shine brightly, and we’re so grateful for their continued partnership. 🤝💛
