Boy, is there a LOT in that one sentence! To not get too comfortable with the habitual; to live close to the edge, willing to let go in a heartbeat, and say YES in a nanosecond! What IS "identity," anyway? Maybe it's a box.

To those who are in a slump and can't seem to pull themselves out of it-- don't beat yourself up! It's easy to talk about how to get out of a slump, but it's much trickier to actually DO it. A little knowhow about working with the Law of Momentum can help. Basically, it means that you can't leap from deep in a slump to the top of it all at once. You have to do it gradually. Which takes diligence. It can help a lot to just expose yourself to uplifting frequencies, too. Enough exposure to things that make you feel lighter (better) will actually do a lot of the work FOR you!
