Sound Healing Socials that strengthened collaboration and connection.

The launch of SEEKEASY — shout out to all the men who showed up.

And a prenatal community that continues to grow, month by month, class by class.

2025 also brought additions to the schedule, new teachers joining the team, and more ways to practice together — on the mat, in stillness, in conversation, and in sound.

We’re grateful to every member who walks through our doors, and every teacher and facilitator who helps hold this space with care, consistency, and intention. AGY is what it is because of the people in it.
