EMPWR Wellness

EMPWR Wellness EMPWR Wellness offers prenatal & postpartum personal training, online prenatal courses, nutrition programs, and online personal training programs.

The owner, Arielle Creager, is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, Nike LA trainer, and momma! My name is Arielle Hope, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist from Southern California. I am passionate about helping people not just survive, but THRIVE. It took doctors 12 years to finally diagnose my chronic cough as non-tuberculosis mycobacterial lung disease. How did this go undiagnosed for so long? I spent 12 years researching how to holistically heal myself to the point that doctors were stumped seeing as I was otherwise healthy. FOOD is medicine. EXERCISE is medicine. SLEEP is medicine. SELF-COMPASSION is medicine. I am here to help YOU become the healthiest version of yourself in the most natural ways. Email me with questions and inquiries.

I truly hope the narrative around cross training has changed in the dance world ❗️

Maybe my left shoulder labrum wouldn’t be permanently mildly torn (I mean definitely wouldn’t be 🫠)

But also that’s what started my fitness journey!

Anyways, lifting weights doesn’t make you bulky. It’s your diet. 💣

Happy Saturday! 💞

I hate to tell you this, but if you’re only training in one modality, you’re probably leaving progress on the table. 🫠

Strength training builds bone density, supports metabolic health, and increases lean muscle, which plays a huge role in basal metabolic rate and long-term resilience.

But strength alone isn’t the whole picture. Mobility and control matter if you want to lift well, recover better, and reduce injury risk. Modalities like Pilates, yoga, and slower controlled movement challenge stability, core strength, and muscles that don’t always get love in traditional lifting.

Cardio and conditioning support heart health, work capacity, and overall energy. They make everything else feel easier—daily life included.

Cross-training isn’t about doing everything all the time. It’s about giving your body what it needs so one area doesn’t become the weak link that holds you back! Also no one has times for injuries 😑

Let me know ⬇️ What’s one training modality you want to start implementing more in the new year?

What I learned is ➡️

There is no amount of time or things you can do to feel fully “prepared”

I delivered at 27 weeks and while I was mortified at how unprepared I was…

We all ended up okay 💙

I hope that takes some of the pressure off ✨ Because truly, nothing fully prepares you for this like being in it!

JK i’ve never said that about myself 🤣

Yeah, I’ve never said that 🤣
