The owner, Arielle Creager, is a certified personal trainer, nutritionist, Nike LA trainer, and momma! My name is Arielle Hope, and I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Holistic Nutritionist from Southern California. I am passionate about helping people not just survive, but THRIVE. It took doctors 12 years to finally diagnose my chronic cough as non-tuberculosis mycobacterial lung disease. How did this go undiagnosed for so long? I spent 12 years researching how to holistically heal myself to the point that doctors were stumped seeing as I was otherwise healthy. FOOD is medicine. EXERCISE is medicine. SLEEP is medicine. You probably thought I was about to say something deep about child development — but really, we just like good music.

That said… turns out the science backs us up 😏
🧠 Research shows babies and toddlers benefit from hearing a variety of rhythms, tones, and instruments — it strengthens auditory pathways, rhythm recognition, and even early language skills.
🎶 The genre doesn’t matter as much as the diversity and interaction — dancing, clapping, moving together, and having fun is what lights up their little brains.

So our “rock concerts” double as developmental playtime.
We’ll call it brain-building with good taste in music. 🤘Also our kid will probably end up playing the drums because of you 😂

This was from my dance era — when my worth felt tied to how lean, light, or “bookable” my body was.
I spent years chasing aesthetics instead of supporting what my body could do.

What I wish I knew back then:
✨ Strength and longevity matter more than being small.
✨ Nourishing your body with the right balance of macronutrients isn’t just about calories — it’s about energy, hormones, recovery, and vitality.
✨ Lifting heavy isn’t “bulky.” It’s empowering. It tones, strengthens, and supports your body for the long run.
✨ Obsessing over food intake does more harm than good — your body thrives when it feels safe, fueled, and supported.

It wasn’t until I transitioned from dance into fitness that I really healed my relationship with food and my body. Learning to eat for performance, strength, and recovery changed everything.

Now I move because I can.
I lift because it makes me feel capable, badass, and alive.
And I fuel because I want this body to be strong and healthy 💪🏼
