Meet Lindsey “Swan” McEvoy with The Art of Hearing! As a field expert and true professional, “Swan” provides practical resources to better help you hear your world. Mobile services include custom ear mold impressions for in ear monitors and custom filtered earplugs.
As the entrepreneur behind The Art of Hearing, she has plans to continue raising awareness on a global level as she helps address the issue of increased hearing loss across ages and cultures. Having worked with countless A, B and C list music artists / crews, MusiCares, NAMM, Taylored Touring, and word leading in ear monitor manufacturers, her vision for serving the music industry is progressing and moving forward! She uses her expertise to provide cutting edge relevant education and practical resources to better help people hear their workd.
“Swan” is based out of Los Angeles, CA. Her current goal is to weave the art of not just hearing, but listening, into the fabric of her life's work. She has her Bachelors of Science degree in Human Services with a minor in Psychology. In addition, she completed her Doctorate in Audiology.
Along with being an entrepreneur, “Swan” enjoys building relationships with people who have special needs and having a balanced relationship with art and science. She is interested in quantum physics, meditation, creative writing, photography, playing piano, dance and yoga. Deeply passionate about holistic mental / physical / emotional / spiritual health and wellness, she is presently pursuing a trauma informed certification and accredited MBCT Practitioner certification (Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy).
