My Story
A Certified Energy Healing Practitioner (EHP), Body Mind Counselor (BMC) and Energy Healing Therapist (EHT), Victoria Sainsbury-Carter has four years of training including over 700 educational and practical hours with the well respected and distinguished Lionheart Institute of Transpersonal Energy Healing. She has had her own professional private practice since 2009 and has expanded her practice to include Women's Healing Circles, Space Clearing & Blessing Services, as well as Mother Blessing/ Blessingway Ceremonies. Victoria is a member of Healing Touch International and is insured by the Healing Touch Professional Association.
Victoria combines her extensive training in these healing modalities with her innate intuitive gifts, offering practical, grounded and straight forward complimentary healthcare techniques to her clients. By creating a safe open-hearted space, utilizing breathe awareness, meditation and visualization, Victoria is able to meet each client 'where they are' in their current life challenges, gently engaging them into a state of deep relaxation. This unfolding allows Victoria's clients to find their 'quiet space' within, releasing emotional, mental, physical and spiritual stressors, opening the door to their self discovery of profound knowledge and personal transformation. In addition, Victoria provides her clients with personalized mindful techniques to assist in their at home self care. During a typical session Victoria speaks with her clients about their current challenges. Clients will then transition to the massage table where they will relax, fully clothed, to experience hands on Energy Healing Therapy which allows all that they have just discovered to fully integrate into their system.
